POSITION DESCRIPTION & DUTIES:
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an analyst, evaluator, and advisor to management on the productivity, effectiveness and efficiency of management and program operations and/or analyze and resolve problems in the staffing, effectiveness and efficiency of activities.
• Develops and implements methodologies to ensure consistent and coherent approaches that are technically sound.
• Establishes, revises, coordinates, implements and advises on strategic environment, risk characterization, or risk and decision analysis issues across DHS.
• Analyzes, develops, and reviews a variety of technical reports on policy issues which may involve significant changes, conflicts, and projected impact upon the agency’s ability to manage risks across DHS missions.
• Reports and analyzes statistical data relating to the organization’s operations and directs or personally performs special studies or projects
• Conducts comprehensive studies and detailed analyses of functions and processes related to program planning and management
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• You must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this position.
• You must be able to obtain/maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Relocation Expenses WILL NOT be paid.
