POSITION INFORMATION: Full Time (40 hours per week) / Part Time Student Temporary Experience Program
WHO MAY BE CONSIDERED: Applications will be accepted from United States citizens who are degree seeking students enrolled at least half-time in accredited institutions.
JOB SUMMARY:
Students provide general clerical office support to one or more staff members, utilizing typing skills and a knowledge of office automation hardware and software systems, including word processing, electronic spreadsheets, database management, calendar management and email correspondence. In addition, students may perform the following tasks: copying, answering telephones, making deliveries, filing, distributing mail, placing supply orders, handling special projects and other duties as assigned.

2. Transcript(s) - Official or unofficial. If retrieved from online, it must be printed directly from the school's website, reflecting the url on the bottom and/or top of the page. Documentation must show that the applicant has maintained a 2.0 GPA, is currently enrolled at least half-time, and is registered for future courses (if applicable).
3. Enrollment Verification from your current school - This may come directly from your school registrar's office or you may submit a valid schedule of classes for the next semester. (Note: If the upcoming semester courses are listed on your current transcript, that will suffice).
*An application package will not be evaluated until all three documents noted above have been received by the HR Staff.
