Business Resiliency Specialist, Reston, VA.
The Business Resiliency Specialist (BRS) performs a critical direct-support function in the Fannie Mae Corporate Security & Resiliency department. The BRS position is tasked with providing continuity planning technical-support to customers, acquiring and analyzing relevant business impact analysis information, preparing associated spreadsheets, participate in training, testing and exercising of BCP plans; compiling reporting documents and presentation packages.
Desired Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelors in economics, business, finance, IT, computer science, emergency management or related field
• Experience with NotiFind, LDRPS 10 desired but not required
• Profeciency in Excel
• Ability and desire to learn complex programs and software applications
• 1-5 years experience working in Business Continuity, IT Disaster Recovery or Emergency Management
• Ability to Self-manage schedule to meet task and/or project requirements
• Keen problem-solving abilities associated with technology-related issues
