Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:

• Four-year college degree in business, economics, communications, IT, psychology or closely related field (or equivalent previous work experience)

The Operations Center Information Analyst will provide direct-support services to the financial sector business-information and communications operations hub. Responsible for providing a superior level of service; compiling reports, data, and business intelligence to assist in business continuity, resiliency and incident management.
