4. Knowledge of accrediting and regulatory agency requirements regarding consolidated oversight of clinical laboratories.

5. Knowledge and understanding of laboratory operations and relationships to the organization.

6. Ability to organize and present instruction on the inspection and accreditation rules, regulations, and standards of all laboratory accrediting agencies.

7. Ability to delineate and interpret accreditation and regulatory standards.

8. Familiarity with, and ability to routinely use, Microsoft applications, such as Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word.
