REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

30% Disabled Veterans must submit an SF-15, DD-214 which includes Character of Service (if currently Active Duty you may submit a Statement of Service or Proof of Service letter; however, the statement MUST included Character of Service AND the VA Disability Letter with percentage of disability OR documentation of disability determination from a branch of the Armed Forces which reflects a compensable service-connected disability of 30 percent or more.

Other 10 point Veterans Preference Eligibles must submit a DD-214 which includes Character of Service (if currently Active Duty you may submit a Statement of Service or Proof of Service letter; however, the statement MUST include Character of Service), and an SF-15 along with the documentation specified on the reverse side of the form.

CTAP or ICTAP Eligibles must submit proof of eligibility. Applicants who have special priority consideration rights under CTAP or ICTAP provisions must be well qualified for the position to receive consideration for special priority consideration. CTAP or ICTAP eligibles will be considered well qualified if they attain a cut-off score of 85 or above.
